I ordered this for my son who just turned 9. I have had great intentions of grand scrapbooks, but they have never happened. This was perfect for my needs, I just wish I had know about it earlier. Spots for a few pictures, pockets for small keepsakes, and great questions, as well as "interactive" projects for the kids to represent their point of view. A quick, fun way to capture the previous year and celebrations of their birthday. I have just ordered 2 more to give as gifts to friends with very young children.

This is the perfect gift for your friend and thei child's first birthday! The book is organized with one section per year from 1 to 18 years. There is pocket with an idea list of what to collect for every year, as well as a place for the parent to record and to interview their child. After 18 years the parent writes one more note and presents their baby, who is all grown up now, with a time capsule of their life. How cool is that!? My baby is due next month and I can't wait to start filling the pages! Unlike the baby book that records the first year, this one gives you 18 YEARS of memories
